You can look out over the Transamerica building and downtown San Francisco from the doorstep of the home. The main bedrooms feature partial views of Oakland, Treasure Island and the San Francisco Bay.

The building was completely remodeled and decorated in July 2010. We have tried to provide our guests with comfortable hotel quality beds and linens. We have also upgraded the plumbing, heating and electrical systems in the historic 1909 building.

Again, the best aspect of this apartment is the phenomenal location. If you are a business traveler, you can easily walk to work in the Financial District. For leisure travelers, Little Italy/North Beach, Washington Square, Coit Tower, Chinatown and the Embarcadero are an easy stroll. We are just a few steps off of the Barbary Coast trail.

No Parking is available with the unit. However, there are several parking garages available in the area. The nearest garage is one block away at the corner of Sansome and Vallejo at approximately $20 per day with in & out privileges. Taxicabs are plentiful in the neighborhood and recommended given the hassle of city parking and the price of gasoline running nearly $5 per gallon in San Francisco.

Please keep in mind that the home is located on a steep hill and, therefore, it may be difficult to access for strollers or wheelchairs.

If you would like to make a reservation, please use the "Reservation Inquiry" tool on the homepage. After we receive your request, we will verify availability and send you a link to a checkout page where you can pay by credit card or PayPal. Please allow us 24 hours to respond.

If you would like to inquire about multiple dates or require immediate assistance, please call me at 510-910-0924 or send an email to richardtwoon@gmail.com. If I cannot host you at one of my properties, I will be happy to help you find someone that can. I can also answer any questions about the apartment or neighborhood.
